final project for my sculpting for animation class.
this was as frustrating to do as it was fun. I dont know WHY I refused to change his pose so he had at least one leg on either side on the ground, but I did and it caused many weight problems, causing him to lean over e_e I just pretend he's running in a circle rather than prancing like in the model sheet
other than having to repair numerous cracks and find a way to keep him standing, creating a Rhio maquette was quite fun
I wish I had gotten him closer to being on-model, but considering this is my first ever character sculpture, I think I did pretty well :1
He's made of aluminum wire, foil, super sculpey and acrylic paints with glaze sprayed over
[EDIT] remounted him onto a larger, sturdier board and put dowels under his legs so he wont tilt as much. also painted some sculpey satin glaze on him to give him a less glassy look
